Ms. Asbjornson enjoys giving back to the community by doing volunteer work in local schools.  She has worked with students in private and public elementary schools, junior high schools, high schools and universities in Glendale, Laguna Nigel, Santa Ana, Irvine, Idyllwild, and Palos Verdes.  Ms. Asbjornson works exclusively with the Music in Education Outreach Program of Contemporary Opera of Los Angeles.  Her work includes performing, teaching music, and/or working with the students directly on their own personal expression in performance.
